Refund Policy

Cancellations, revisions and refunds for our AI services and digital products.

Before work starts

Every project begins with a written scope, price and delivery date. If you cancel before we start production, you receive a full refund of any deposit.

Revisions

Standard projects include two revision rounds. We would rather fix the work than refund it — tell us what's off and we'll rework it within the agreed scope.

After delivery

If a delivered project does not match the agreed written scope and we cannot correct it within the revision rounds, you may request a partial or full refund within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not available for change of mind, for work already accepted and published, or for scope added after the project began.

Subscriptions & digital products

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate part-months. Instantly delivered digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, unless the file is faulty.

How to request a refund

Email hello@aiiseverywhere.com with your project name and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
