Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is digital. Here is exactly how and when you receive it.

Digital products

Prompt packs, templates and downloadable resources are delivered instantly after a successful payment. Access appears in your dashboard under Downloads and a confirmation email is sent to the address used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.

Memberships & subscriptions

Membership access is activated immediately after payment confirmation and stays active for the billing period. If access does not appear within 30 minutes, email us and we will fix it manually.

Services

AI websites, automation builds, video production and consulting are delivered against a written scope. Kickoff normally happens within 48 hours of payment, and delivery dates are agreed in writing before work starts. Progress and files are shared inside your dashboard project.

No physical shipping

We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses involved in any purchase.

Delivery problems

If a download fails, a link expires or access is missing, email support@aiiseverywhere.com with your order details. We respond Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST.
